Returns
If something doesn't fit, or you've changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags must still be attached.
- Original packaging if it was part of the product (e.g. hat boxes).
- Sale items: returnable unless marked as final sale on the product page.
How to return
- Email ant@michaelhopeclothing.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within one working day with the return address.
- Pack the item with the original tags and ship it tracked. Keep the receipt — we can't refund items that get lost on the way back.
- Once we receive the return, we inspect it within 2 working days and refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
Postage
Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, in which case we cover it (or refund the cost when you provide proof of postage).
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty, email us with photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. We'll arrange it at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
