When will my order arrive?

UK: 2–4 working days from dispatch. Orders before 2pm on a working day ship same-day. See the Shipping page for international.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us straight away — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it. Once it's left the warehouse, you'll need to return it once it arrives.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email when we dispatch. If you haven't seen one within 2 working days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.

What sizes do you stock?

Hats are typically one-size with an adjustable strap. Clothing runs S–XXL — check the size chart on each product page.

Care

Cold wash inside-out, hang dry. Avoid the tumble dryer where possible — it'll keep prints and fabric in better shape long-term.

Do you do wholesale?

Limited wholesale on selected pieces. Email ant@michaelhopeclothing.com with your store name and we'll come back to you.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Or email us and we'll take you off the list.

Where are you based?

UK. Orders ship from the UK.
